Refund policy

Any orders not collected on the Saturday before 10:30pm of the week of pick up will not be provided with a refund or exchange. The order will be deemed cancelled. Adjustments to online delivery must be notified via email to info@demochi.com.au before Friday (night before delivery) at 7pm
